Miguel was my guardian angel. Two days ago I went to his shop with an engine light on. As busy as he was, he took my car right back into his shop to diagnose my problem. Within a short time, he returned to tell me that my problem was not my cylinder 5 spark plug but the ignition coil. He also informed that all the sparks were good and no spark plug change was ever indicated. He ordered the coil and replaced on Friday. The car works perfectly. I high recommend Elite Automotive and Miguel to anyone who wants professional service of their vehicle.

We are relatively new to the Marble Falls area, having retired here last year from Houston. My wife's Honda Pilot seemed to be surging at low speeds on steep inclines, and we were about to go on a long road trip. We looked up automotive shops in the area and Elite's reviews were all excellent. On Tuesday we took the car to them, and even though they were busy, Carlos and his team said they would help us. Carlos kept the car and drove it multiple times until he could duplicate the condition repeatedly. He knew what to do to fix it (computer settings on the transmission shifting), and we had the car back Wednesday morning. These guys really are CUSTOMER FOCUSED, and VERY HELPFUL. We have found our local automotive repair experts in ELITE AUTOMOTIVE, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. They did a full transmission service on my 08 Suburban one week ago. Not only did they do a thorough and top quality job on my vehicle, they were friendly, courteous and professional with both my husband and myself. They are excellent with communication and the price was competitive. We will definitely be back.

i have had my 750Li here twice in the last year or so - both times were fairly major repairs. This shop went out of their way to make sure the costs were fair, the repairs made sense, and communicated with me every step of the way. the repairs were quality, and done right the first time. If you are driving a bimmer/European skip the dealer, bring it here to these guys. My transmission is next on my list and i'm not even considering anywhere else.

THE GUYS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE! I WAS ABLE TO DROP OFF BOTH VEHICLES AND HAVE THEM DIAGNOSIS IN THE SAME DAY! WHICH WAS A GAME CHANGER FOR ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THANKS ELITE!!
